We are a Medical Rehabilitation Agency, we organise medical care on behalf of solicitors, insurance companies and the NHS, for people that have sustained injuries or have a chronic condition. We have been established for 5 years, and our business is rapidly expanding. We are looking for a bright, committed individual that is good with customers, comfortable with using databases and Microsoft office.
Full Description of Vacancy
Working together with and assisting the administration and customer service teams. Duties to include :
- Switchboard duties
- Dealing with telephone queries
- Opening Post
- Creating and updating electronic patient records on Patient Administration System (E-Clinic)
- Co-ordinating patient care
- Creating and monitoring patient appointments with therapists and hospitals
- Obtaining Hospital and GP Records in a timely manner
- Preparing quotations for patient treatment
- Maintaining patients medical records
Location: Altrincham, Cheshire
Working Week: 37.5 hrs
Wage: Dependant on experience
