Angel and Bowden Ltd is a medical rehabilitation / medico legal reporting business. This is our core business. We have been established for 5 years.

We have large national and small local firms of solicitors who specialise in personal injury claims.

We are a small enough firm to offer a personal and boutique service, yet have leading edge IT to allow us to provide an efficient and professional service. These services include; Pre medical physiotherapy, Physiotherapy, Psychological services, CBT, MRI scans, Diagnostic surgery, GP reports and expert medical reports and Pain Management Services.

If we took our Physiotherapy service as an example of our business process, here is an example of our workflow;

• Solicitor would ask A & B for a quotation
• A & B could get a quotation usually within 3-5 miles of the residence or workplace of the client. (A & B would use its database of over 1100 providers to deliver this service)
• The quotation is usually based on initial consultation and 6 follow ups
• Once the solicitor had agreed to the quotation they would then instruct A & B to begin treatment.
• Payment for the treatment is usually made at this time, if the solicitor can obtain an interim payment from the insurer.
• We liaise with the Physiotherapist and client to arrange the initial consultation
• Follow up appointments are done directly through the Physiotherapist
• If the client does not attend (DNA) then we ask the physiotherapist to count this as a session and ask them to call the client 24hrs prior to their next appointment.
• Once the treatment is complete, a discharge form is produced by the physiotherapist and sent to A & B along with any recommendations for further treatments.

If at any point in the process the client is not attending the appointments, or if there is a problem with the case, we keep the solicitors fully informed.

We pride ourselves on a very fast response rate, to any queries raised by the solicitors, physiotherapist or the client, to ensure the treatment runs smoothly.

We have nationwide coverage for all services. We can deliver care from a database of
approximately 1500 physiotherapist, and around 600 therapists offering psychological services, and hundreds of hospitals and specialist consultants and surgeons.
